Is the security deposit a hold or a real charge?
A real charge, taken in person at the front desk when you arrive. Money leaves your account rather than being held against it. Nothing is taken when you book. Full details on Deposit and payment.
How do I get the deposit back?
Stop at the front desk on your way out. The refund is processed there by hand and is not released automatically, so leaving the key in the room will delay it. Allow 5 to 10 business days for a card refund to appear — that timing is set by your bank, not by us. Full details on Deposit and payment.
What identification do I need at check-in?
A physical piece of identification with your photograph and your address on it, or a passport. A Medicare card is not accepted, nor is digital identification, nor a photograph of a document on a phone. Full details on Deposit and payment.
